Sorry for my LONG absence…
So, luckily I have still been consistent on my work outs. My progress so far;well 3 weeks ago I ran a slow 6:23 timed mile. Proud of my effor dissapointed with my time haha however this only motivated me, the following week I trained hard (Ill find a day to put my workout here) followed my workout fully and I shed 15 seconds the next week. I ran a 6:08, I honestly felt like I could run a 5:50 something, I was just worried about going too fast. I should have ran a timed mile this week, however I was out all week with strep throat :( So I am pushed back a week on workouts. BUT tomorrow(Sat 1/21/12 ) I am doing an intense workout with my father, and brother, and running a strong 8 miler sunday(1/22/12) so I should be ready monday to give it my all. I am hoping to even break 5:50 by next week! its alot but I know with my faith, motivation, persistance, and dedication to my workout, and diet I can do it! Theres nothing standing in my way except myself. I realized that this week, that no one can discourage us, or bring us down, we have the power to feel great about ourselves, and the power to feel a certain way about how people feel about us. THIS LIFE IS YOURS, LIVE IT FOR YOU. I hope this will inspire some of you readers, and I hope you guys will pass this message along.
